Dr. Tamer Essam added during his speech at the press conference held now in one of the major hotels in Giza, to announce the start of clinical trials for the Egyptian Corona vaccine, Egyfax, in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Agriculture, there is integration between all state agencies to reach the Egyptian vaccine, explaining that we work with international bodies Also, stressing that this puts us on the map significantly and our dealings with the World Health Organization.

The head of the Egyptian Medicines Authority continued, that the Egyfax vaccine was invented by Egyptian scientists and also manufactured, and it is a 100% Egyptian vaccine, adding that the Authority worked for a long period to reach that stage, and the Medicines Authority requested many requirements and not simple until reaching this stage because the Drug Authority is a fortress of safety.
