Therefore, the Egyptian Medicines Authority advised warfarin users to balance the consumption of foods rich in vitamin K, conduct medical analyzes to follow up the degree of blood fluidity in accordance with the doctor’s instructions and review the pharmacist to see the extent of the interaction of foods with warfarin, and not to stop using medicines without referring to the health care provider.
