Shortly after 21:00, the fireplace in Livadia, in line with viotiaplus.gr, was introduced beneath management after burning a number of timber east of the 2nd Lyceum, because the robust presence of the fireplace brigade and the gentle winds blowing from the west, helped to place it out.
Though initially there have been fears that the flames would attain the hospital’s propane tanks, the intervention was well timed and this was averted.
