The managed isolation of the national squad in New Zealand has ended. The 52 members of the squad have arrived at a local hotel in Christchurch. After a two-hour stay at the hotel, the national squad will fly to Queenstown. The national squad will arrive in Queenstown at 8pm local time.

The team and the Pakistan Shaheen squads will stay in separate hotels. One member of the squad will arrive in Queenstown today from Auckland. Another member will join the squad in Queenstown on Thursday.

There will be training ahead of the T20 and Test series in Queenstown. The final health check-up of the Pakistani team in New Zealand is yet to be done.

The T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand will start from December 18. The Pakistan Cricket Board announced the 18-member squad for the T20 against New Zealand.

The team will be led by Babar Azam and vice-captain Shadab Khan. Sarfaraz Ahmed and Hussain Talat have returned to the T20 squad.
