The total area of the mosque is 20898 square meters on an area of 27720 square meters. Standing at a height of 47.30 meters, the magnificent dome is the main feature of this architectural marvel of Pearl Island. The beautiful 63.77 meter tall minaret is erected as a beacon symbolizing the spiritual significance of the mosque.

Constructions inside the church
Two escalators have been installed in the mosque with the capacity of 2441 men and 247 women to worship and pray at the same time. Four lifts for men and two for women have also been installed.
A large parking area has also been constructed in the underground area for the believers who come to the church. Special facilities have been provided for them as more emphasis has been given in the area of disability friendliness.
The Hamad Bin Jassim Al Thani Mosque is expected to serve as an important driver for the growth of tourism to the island in the future. The mosque will now rank among the country’s must-visit places as one of the region’s most impressive Islamic structures.
