In search of shooters, the Los Angeles Lakers are interested in Evan Fournier.
In need of 3-point shooters and ranked in the second part of the standings in the West (11 wins and 15 losses) despite a slight improvement lately, the Los Angeles Lakers are looking for one or more exercise specialists. According to the journalist of The Athletic Shams Sharania, the California franchise is interested in Jae Crowder (on the start in Phoenix), Bojan Bogdanović, Cam Reddish ou encore Evan Fournier. These last two are no longer part of the rotation in New York and a departure seems the only way out to revive their careers. In the NBA for ten years, Evan Fournier (1.98 m, 30 years old) has not come into play since November 13. Despite his complicated start to the season (6.9 points on 34.4% shooting success, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 20 minutes), he represents a quality veteran in the big league, especially in terms of 3-point skill (38% career). Only his contract (17 million dollars per season) can represent a problem for a franchise exceeding the salary cap of 48 million dollars.
