Daedalic Entertainment announced via a statement shared on Twitter that it is continuing work on the title in order to “meet the expectations” of its community of fans and players.
“In order to provide the best experience possible, we have decided to delay the release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum for a few months,” the developer said in the statement, shared on Twitter. on Twitter.

Finally, the publisher indicated that he hoped to be able to share information on this release soon, as well as set a new date “in the near future”, without giving further details on the development of the video game.
Remember that this is not the first time that the release of the game, announced in 2019, which was originally due to be presented in 2021 and was postponed to 2022, has been postponed.
Daedalic Entertainment originally indicated that this action game would be released for. PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X et PC. but, at the end of last year, it announced that it would also be available on PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
