The lodge sector in Morocco lives within the rhythm of controversy and ambiguity. After Abdul Latif Wehbe, Minister of Justice, declared that it was unlawful for resorts to demand a wedding certificates, lodge institutions in some main vacationer cities started implementing the choice to cancel clients’ necessities for a wedding contract.
Commenting on the minister’s assertion, Mohamed Shamsi, a lawyer on the Casablanca Authority, acknowledged that Minister Wehbe is inciting lodge unit homeowners to interrupt the regulation.
