The head of the Syndicate of Bread Manufacturers, Antoine Seif, assured that the loaf is available until now, hoping that we will not go into a crisis.
In an interview with “Voice of All Lebanon”, Seif announced that the wheat stock in the mills and on ships at sea is sufficient for Lebanon for regarding a month and 10 days, pointing out that there is a committee working to find alternative markets for Ukraine to import wheat, but there are no results so far.
He explained that some mills do not have wheat, for fear of not being able to find an alternative market before Lebanon’s stocks run out.
