The Livret A rate will be raised to 1% on February 1, its first increase in more than ten years

The Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, announced, Friday, January 14, an increase of 1% of the livret A to 1is February. This increase, recommended by the Governor of the Banque de France, is a first for more than ten years.

The minister also confirmed the increase in the popular savings account (LEP) to 2.2%, once morest 1% today, recalling that “All French people earning less than 20,000 euros per year have the right” to this booklet which “Better protects once morest inflation”. The price increase reached 2.8% year on year in December.
