The seventh edition of the event is coming to the Petruzzelli Theatre in Bari “The Restart, free to think”conceived by Nicholas Porrodirector and founder of the website Nicolaporro.it. “La Ripartenza” was born during the lockdown to address the issues of economy, culture and politics, involving major Italian players. The focus of this edition is the importance of Made in Italy.

The program and the live broadcast. In particular, on Friday 12 July, at 6:30 pm, there will be ‘Schermaglie in punto di poesia (per non dir della musica)’, the duet between the conductor Beatrice Venezi and Pietrangelo Buttafuoco, the new president of the Venice Biennale. Immediately followingwards, the journalist and television host Giorgia Rossi will hold a lecture on the role of women in Italian culture and journalism entitled “Quote Rossi”. Following, from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm, the round table ‘Transport and multinationals’ with Emiliana Limosani, Chief Commercial Officer ITA Airways; Claudio Costamagna, Executive Chairman CC&Soci; Matteo Del Fante, CEO of Poste Italiane; Luigi Cantamessa, CEO of FS Treni Turistici Italiani and General Manager of the FS Foundation; Marco Hannappel, President and CEO Philip Morris Italia; Alessandro Panaro, Head of Maritime & Energy SRM.

The morning of Saturday, July 13thas per tradition, at 10.30 am, will open with Una Zanzara nella zuppa, a liberal and irreverent reading of newspapers by Nicola Porro and Giuseppe Cruciani, followed by the lecture “Leggerezza” by actress and television host Benedetta Mazza on the role of women in the world of entertainment.

Following, at 11:30, there will be a round table ‘A network for Italy’ with Angelica Donati, Head of Business Development of Donati SpA; Pietro Labriola, CEO Tim; Guido Grimaldi, Commercial Director Grimaldi Group – President ALIS; Mauro Crippa, General Director of information and communication Mediaset; Gianluca De Marchi, CEO Urban Vision; Vincenzo Ranieri, Managing Director E-Distribuzione. The morning will end at 12:30 with the ‘Satirical sessions’ by Beppe Fantin.

The followingnoon will open at 4:30 p.m. with the usual lecture by Vittorio Sgarbi, this year dedicated to Art in Fascism. Following, at 5:30 p.m., the round table ‘Made in Italy’ with Albiera Antinori, President of Marchesi Antinori SpA; Gianluigi Cimmino, CEO Yamamay and Carpisa; Andrea Illy, President illycaffè SpA and co-Chair Regenerative Society Foundation; Antonio D’Amato, President of Seda International Packaging Group.

At 6:30 pm there will be a panel entitled “Who commands in Europe”, dedicated to the analysis of the political situation in light of the latest round of European elections with journalists Veronica Gentili, Alessandro Sallusti, Mario Giordano, Giuseppe Cruciani, Nicola Porro. To close the day, Nicola Porro will interview the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, Francesco Lollobrigida.
