The lifeless body of Father Isaías from Guadalajara was found; he was missing

The Archdiocese of Guadalajara confirmed that a body was found near the place where the priest’s truck was located. Isaiah Ramirez Gonzalez who was reported missing since last Thursday, August 15.

Cardinal Robles Ortega, spread on his X account that they had learned of the disappearance of the Priest Isaías Ramírez González, of the Archdiocese of Tuxtla Gutierrezin Chiapas, but born in Guadalajara, and who arrived in this city a few months ago for health reasons.

He recalled that he was last seen last Thursday, August 15, but today, with sadness, “We have received the news that his lifeless body was found. While waiting for the corresponding authorities to inform us of the causes of his death, We ask God for his eternal rest.”

Finally, in X’s thread he offered his condolences to his family, along with his prayer, “so thatMay the Lord give you comfort and strength in these moments of pain.”

The Archbishopric had previously released: “The only thing we know, which is not official information but which was shared with us by his sister Teresa, is that they located a body near where they found the truck. Apparently it is in a ravine. Civil Protection is supporting the rescue of the body but they have not identified if it is the victim.” Father Isaiah”.

Elements of Civil Protection of the State carried out the extraction of a body that was located in the lower part of the Fernando Espinosa Bridge, near where Father Isaías’s truck was left Ramírez González, reported missing since August 15.

State authorities located the body under the bridge on the Guadalajara-Zapotlanejo highway near the Santiago River on Sunday afternoon.

Local media reported that the body was removed by personnel from the Jalisco State Civil Protection and Fire Department using rope equipment.

He was later handed over to personnel from the Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences for transfer to their facilities, where they will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
