The legendary Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones is celebrating! Congratulations also came from the Czech Republic

The legendary frontman of The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, is one of the famous July birthday people who are known literally all over the world. The British singer has his 81st birthday today, and he also received congratulations from the Czech Republic.

Specifically from the British Embassy in the Czech Republic. “Happy birthday to Sir Michael Philip Jagger on his 81st birthday today!” wrote the embassy, sharing wishes from fellow Rolling Stones.

An interesting fact is that today the singer reached the age of the acting US president Joe Biden. On social media in recent days, people liked to mention that Jagger is in much better shape than Biden, who, due to his age, announced that he will not defend the office in the November election.

Jagger was born on 26 July 1943, the elder of two brothers, in Dartford, Kent. It was fateful for him to meet again with his childhood friend Keith Richards in 1960. It led to the founding of the Rolling Stones band, which coincidentally also played its first concert in July 62 years ago. Two years later, the first of many albums was released.

Probably the biggest hit of the formation is the song (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction with a memorable guitar riff. But the band also went through more difficult periods when there were problems with drugs and the law. “Stouni” coped even with the death of some members. Brian Jones died in 1969, drummer Charlie Watts the year before. The rockers, however, continue to perform.

A total of six times Jagger et al. also see the Czech audience. The musicians last came in the summer six years ago. But the most famous is their performance in Strahov in 1990, i.e. just a few months after the fall of the communist regime.
