Lawyer Farid El-Deeb left a hospital, following conducting some medical examinations, for physiotherapy sessions, and is scheduled to continue treatment sessions and medical care at his home.
The information indicates that the health condition of lawyer Farid El-Deeb is stable, and he is receiving treatment for the cancer from which he has been declared suffering.
Al-Deeb said during one of the trial sessions of the businessman Hassan Rateb, accused in the case of major monuments, and his pleading in the case, “Perhaps this pleading will be the last for me, as I am over eighty years old, and I suffer from cancer.”
Farid El-Deeb is considered one of the most famous names in the legal world in Egypt, and over the past years he has defended many cases that preoccupied Egyptian public opinion, the latest of which is the issue of major monuments.
