The Last of Us in version next-gen

The Last of Us is a game whose quality is no longer to be demonstrated ! Crowned game of the year many times in 2013, it recently entered the pantheon of video games. Originally released on PS3, the title had already been ported to PS4 in 2014, with The Last of Us Remastered. Last year, it was for the PS5 that the adventures of Joel and Ellie were remade.

The technical improvements are significant, and fully rooted in the next-gen. The experience is offered in 4K et 60FPS, with 3D audio. THE DualSense features have been taken into account, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. I’accessibility was also taken into account, similar to what was proposed in The Last of Us Part II. Finally, new gameplay elements have been integrated, such as the ” permanent death ».

We recently told you regarding the possibility of seeing a porting of The Last of Us Part II on PS5 and PC. Thus, while waiting for possible announcements on this subject, this promotion is the ideal opportunity to (re)start the story of this first opus, by optimized version ! But if you’re too impatient to wait for an edit next-gen of part 2, we remind you that the current version is playable on PS5, thanks to the backward compatibility of the console. As mentioned above, the game is also on sale at the moment, less than 20 €.
