The last hours of Queen Elizabeth’s life.. this is what broke her

The whole world has been busy since last Thursday, announcing the death of Afor Queen Elizabeth II, who left our world a few days ago at Balmoral Castle inside her summer home in Scotland.

And regarding the last hours of the “Exceptional Queen”, as some called it, Dr. Ian Greenshields, Director of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, revealed some details.

The official stated that he spent some time with the late woman last weekend, a few days before her death.

Broken by her husband’s death

He added that he spoke to her regarding the “last trip”, and regarding her ex-husband, Prince Philip, stressing that he was “her lover”, and she talked regarding him in an impressive way.

Greenshields also stressed that the spirits of the late were excellent, explaining that he had dinner with her last Saturday, according to what was reported by “BBC Radio” in Scotland.

He also revealed that the Queen touched on her past, her love for Moral, her father, her mother, Prince Philip, horses, and some topics related to the country in general.

He also explained that the late woman explained to him regarding her refraction following the death of her husband, and the great impact that his loss had on herself.

In addition, he thought the Queen was happy to spend time at her summer house, pointing out that she wanted to be there in her last days.

He said, “She only talked regarding some wonderful people she’s met in her life… She was just thinking regarding that and thinking regarding life.”

The reign is the longest

It is noteworthy that the Queen of Britain died last Thursday at Balmoral Castle, her summer home in Scotland, at the age of 96, following a reign that is the longest in the history of the United Kingdom, as it lasted 70 years.

Today, Sunday, her body will be transported by car through remote villages in the Highlands to Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, on a six-hour journey that will allow her loved ones to bid her farewell.

The coffin is then flown to London on Tuesday where it will remain at Buckingham Palace, to be carried the following day to Westminster Hall and there until the day of the funeral, which will be held on Monday 19 September at Westminster Abbey at 11am local time (1000 GMT).
