The Tambov and Saratov regions showed the highest results in in-person voting in the gubernatorial elections. This was reported by the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia.

The face-to-face turnout in the gubernatorial elections in the Tambov and Saratov regions was 44.39% and 38.02%, respectively, according to the telegram channel of the CEC of Russia. In the elections to the Legislative Assembly, the most active were residents of the Saratov (38.02%) and Penza regions (37.10%), as well as the Krasnoyarsk Territory (37.82%).

Three Day Voting started in Russia on September 9. In a number of territories, including Moscow, voters can vote both at polling stations and online. Citizens of Russia elect heads of 15 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and deputies of legislative assemblies in 6 regions. City councils and city dumas will be elected in 12 subjects. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin voted using the electronic system. Moscow reported that the second day of the election passed without incident.
