In front of the TMC cameras, in “The Agency”, the Kretz family treated themselves to a superb house in Brazil. However, there is no question of living there full time! After three successful seasons, The Agency – where François Berléand, Alphonse Areola and even the sister of Véronique Sanson distinguished themselves – returned for a fourth edition on December 7 on TMC. The principle is simple: Sandrine and Olivier Kretz, accompanied by their four children – Martin, Valentin, Louis and Raphaël – are all members of the family real estate agency. Mother, father, son and brothers work together hand in hand to find their clients the most incredible properties in the capital, and not only that. But recently, the parents left France to settle on the other side of the world!
The Agency: The Kretzes treat themselves to a divine home in the tropics
It’s at the end of the third season of The Agency that Sandrine and Olivier announced to their children their plan: to buy a house in Brazil. “We made an offer, it was accepteddeclared the father. In addition to being a family home, it is a house to spend a few months of the year with Sandrine, we decided to take it easy a little. We will gradually hand over the reins of the company to you.” Thus, as they had initially planned, the couple left their superb house in Boulogne-Billancourt, a chic suburb of Paris which serves as an office, for a while to relax in the tropics of Brazil.

This superb residence is located in Tibau do Sul, in the Rio Grande do Norte state of Brazil, 85 km south of Natal, the state capital. On the central Praia Da Pipa beach, a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants, in the center of a 2200m2 tropical garden, this 220m2 colonial-style house offers luxury amenities. Living room, dining room, American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom… But that’s not all. In addition, the Kretz family benefits from 4 independent bungalows as well as a swimming pool with a kitchen area and a barbecue, all with a breathtaking sea view and direct access to the beach. Who says hot country also says air conditioning, inside but also outside, as well as fans. The house’s parking lot can accommodate 3 vehicles. This superb luxury house can accommodate up to 14 people.

By treating themselves to it, Sandrine and Olivier Kretz imagined their family vacation, with their sons, their daughters-in-law but also their grandchildren. Then, the couple also intends to enjoy long stays as a couple, under the Brazilian sun and far from the gray Parisian atmosphere. And the rest of the time, the stars of The Agency offer their property for rental. As indicated on their site, the house is available for rental for a sum between 10,000 and 15,000 euros per week, a price which certainly varies depending on the period. The least we can say is that this purchase is a real investment.
