According to SSP Arif Aziz: ‘Bilal was a divorcee and the father of a daughter, who wanted to marry a girl, who demanded a separate house. Bilal tried to convince the family but they refused saying that the inherited house cannot be given in his name, so he separated from the family but started coming home for a few days.

According to the SSP: ’12 days ago, Bilal bought a knife for murder from Napier Colony in Lyari and committed the crime after his father left, after which he hid gloves, blood-stained clothes and other items.’

He said that initially it is known that only one person has committed this incident, but the investigation in this regard is going on and if anyone else is involved, he will also be investigated.

Earlier, Sindh Interior Minister Zia-ul-Hasan Linjar, taking notice of the incident, sought details from the SSP City and directed them to ensure the identification of the women and other necessary legal action with the help of forensic and scientific research.

While Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah also took notice of this incident and directed the IG Sindh to arrest the killers immediately.
