The issue of facilitation in Imran Khan’s jail intensified, 6 more employees arrested – Pakistan

On the issue of facilitating and sending messages to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder chairman Imran Khan in Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail, the security agencies have detained 6 more prison employees involved in the facilitation.

According to sources, among the jail employees taken into custody are 3 women, including a lady sweeper, 2 lady wardens and 3 officials monitoring the CCTV cameras who are being interrogated.

Sources say that the mobile phones used by the detained employees were also confiscated while the lady staff of the jail was involved in facilitating PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi. Superintendent Muhammad Akram, Assistant Superintendent Bilal and Nazim Shah were taken into custody on the basis of investigation.

According to sources, manpower has also been increased for monitoring in Adiala Jail.
