Aksener insists on rejecting Kilicdaroglu as a competitor to Erdogan

The head of the Turkish “Good” party, Meral Aksener, threatened to withdraw from the “table of six” for the opposition parties, considering that the alliance no longer reflects the national will.
The “Good” party refused to present the head of the Republican People’s Party, Kamal Kılıçdaroğlu, as a joint candidate for the six parties, and proposed, in return, to nominate the mayor of Ankara, Mansur Yavaş, or the mayor of Istanbul, Akram Imamoglu, both of whom are from the Republican People’s Party, to compete with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the scheduled presidential elections. For his part, Kılıçdaroğlu only responded with one sentence to Aksınar’s statements, saying: “All stones will settle in place.” He also drew attention when he went to a photography studio in Ankara on Friday morning.
