Professionalism, resilience, open-mindedness and risk-taking are some of the values that Fally Ipupa embodies. The musician obsessed with success can today serve as educational material for Congolese youth but also for the entire Republic in order to help the nation reach the horizons long imagined. If the young man from Bandalumgwa did it, the Congolese should then understand that it is not rocket science and that a replication of the Ipupa mentality will certainly produce the same results in the lives of many, if not all. The Congo needs as many successful young people as possible to shine in the galaxy of states around the world.
Indeed, Fally Ipupa is currently the summit of Congolese and French-speaking African music, a young man of 45 who has made himself special through a mentality specific to him. Unlike all the Congolese musicians in the free squabbles and star-killing associations, Dicap la Merveille distinguished himself by his ability to focus on his dream of becoming a musician of world caliber, and neither turned away nor on the left even less on the right.
Ambitious young Congolese should learn from Fally Ipupa consistency on the path to achieving goals. We cannot build a powerful and prosperous Congolese nation if the Congolese authorities remain fickle and young people carried away by all political currents. The consistency of Fally Ipupa must teach many, especially when we know that this young man came from the masses to make a name of choice under the sun.

The incompetence of several authorities at the head of the country is the reason for several blunders that Lumumba’s country is experiencing today. Excellence in management is worth the price of environmental cleanup. In this electoral year, the Congolese who want to see the country access a new dimension of development should elect men whose sap is productive but also communitarian.
