According to all rumors, the iPhone 16 is expected to be the perfect device to harness Apple’s new artificial intelligence capabilities.
Aside from this key enhancement, how will the iPhone 16 distinguish itself from its predecessor? The iPhone 15 was quite successful, launching several significant upgrades from the iPhone 14, but there are currently no indicators suggesting that the iPhone 16 will follow this trend. Nonetheless, let’s examine the anticipated new features model by model.
iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus: A Camera Layout Inspired by the iPhone X
One of the significant design changes for the iPhone 16 will be its rear panel configuration. Traditionally, basic iPhone models closely resembled their Pro counterparts with a similar square camera module. However, Apple is aiming to further distinguish its premium offerings from mid-range devices by introducing a pill-shaped camera sensor, reminiscent of the setup on the iPhone X from 2017.
