The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro could arrive sooner than expected. These are the dates we handle

At this time of year, the Apple universe is full of anticipation for the new iPhone. The iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Pro, of which we think we know everything through rumors, but which will surely bring surprises. And one of those surprises is that might arrive earlier than expected.

What if Apple launched the iPhone 14 sooner than we expect?

Although the usual thing is that Apple launches the new iPhone to beginning of the second week of SeptemberThe truth is that the dates vary from year to year. Like last year, and the previous one, we would assume that the iPhone 14 will arrive on Tuesday, September 13, although it might arrive a week earlier: Tuesday, September 6.

If we look at the iPhone release schedule of the last 10 years, we will immediately see that there has never been a launch so early. Although September 7, 2016 is quite close.

  • 2012: Wednesday, September 12
  • 2013: Tuesday, September 10
  • 2014: Tuesday September 09
  • 2015: Wednesday, September 09
  • 2016: Wednesday, September 07
  • 2017: Tuesday, September 12
  • 2018: Wednesday, September 12
  • 2019: Tuesday, September 10
  • 2020: Tuesday, September 15
  • 2021: Tuesday, September 14

In this regard, the analyst has pronounced Max Weinbach, who has tweeted what as far as you have heard the presentation event will be on September 6 and the start of reservations for the new iPhone 14 on Friday the 16th of the same month. He adds, on the other hand, that he is not 100% sure.

So, for now, we are speculating. Since we expect Apple to hold some kind of mixed event at Apple Park in the style of the one we saw for WWDC 2022, Invitations must be sent out well in advance. Thus, if between this week and the beginning of next we do not receive the invitations, we might opt for a launch on Tuesday the 13th. We will see.
