The phrase, launched by the musician Carlos “Peteco” Carabajal at the Dressage and Folklore Festival of Jesus Maria before the disembarkation of the vice president Victoria Villarruel sparked controversy. Before the letter became known, the musician had crossed paths with a journalist on the Crónica TV channel, who had reproached him for his attitude.
