The government of Córdoba and the Chamber of Foreign Commerce of Córdoba presented the Industry Day and Córdoba in the World awards, “a recognition of the effort, commitment and capacity of the industrialists and exporting businessmen who make Córdoba the productive beacon of Argentina ”.
The event was chaired by the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Mining, Eduardo Accastello; the elected vice-governor, Myrian Prunotto; the elected mayor of the city of Córdoba, Daniel Passerini; the president of the Industrial Union of Córdoba, Luis Macario; and the president of the CACEC, Miguel Zonnaras.
The authorities handed over the Córdoba awards in the World, to Córdoba exports, an initiative of the Córdoba Chamber of Foreign Commerce, as a boost for those companies that are beginning to enter the international market, understanding that iGoing international is not only regarding gaining competitiveness and productivity, but also regarding assuming the challenges that new global demands open up and the challenges that come with inserting yourself efficiently into the world. The Prize is a sculpture by the artist Boyo Quintana “The world in his hands”.
