HApart from the comings and goings of customers who come to stock up on burritos with guacamole, a delicious specialty of the Mexican restaurant El Tepa Taqueria, nothing disturbs this quiet little corner of the Mission district, in the heart of San Francisco. We just note, at the intersection of Folsom Street and 18 e Street, a few eucalyptus trees overturned by the cyclone that hit California at the start of spring. When you look up, you find yourself facing the Pioneer Building, a pale gray brick building with each blind of the hundred or so windows meticulously lowered.
