A 29-year-old woman named Taylor Renee Parker killed 21-year-old Reagan Michelle Simone and kidnapped their baby. The baby girl who was abducted from the womb later died. After beating Reagan on the head, Taylor tore open their stomach and took out the baby girl. The police found that Reagan was hit on the head more than five times. The court found Taylor guilty three weeks ago. But the court decided the death sentence following deciding on Taylor’s appeal to drop the charge of beating and leaving because the baby whose stomach was ripped open was not alive. The court heard the testimony of health experts that the baby had a heartbeat at the time of birth. Taylor had told her male friend, Griffin, that she was pregnant. But trying to find the baby to disprove the anonymous message Griff received that Taylor was cheating on him in time ended in brutality. The prosecution also proved in court that Taylor had strategically located a pregnant woman from the hospital. The prosecution also told the court that their three-year-old daughter was at the scene when Taylor brutally killed Regan. A jury of 6 women and 6 men unanimously found Taylor guilty.
