The INAH will denounce the sale of monuments in Uxmal

The delegate of National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) in Yucatan, Arturo Chab Cardenasreported that the agency will file a criminal complaint for the sale of land near the archaeological zone of uxmalwhich has monuments.

The official said that the legal area of ​​the agency is already working on the issue and integrates the file of the property that is offered through social networks, in the group of Facebook denominated Arkas.

However, it is sold as a ranch or land that “is located ten minutes from the archaeological zone of Uxmal and has pyramids. Most of the property is flat and the oiled road to the ranch is two kilometers”.

They ask for 18 million pesos for it and it has 18 paddocks, two wells and 75 solar panels, which, according to the seller, make up 249 hectares.
