However, when garbage such as cigarette butts piles up, rainwater flows back and causes flooding damage.
Because of this garbage, there are many cases where the rain gutters are covered with rubber plates or piles.
This is because it is aesthetically ugly and smells bad, and it can cause flooding damage around residential areas.

According to the National Disaster and Safety Research Institute, if the rainwater inlet is blocked by a cover and does not function properly, the depth of flooding is twice as deep as usual.
It was revealed that the rate of flooding to the height of the sidewalk block doubled.
