The Impact of Morning Exercise on Weight Loss: New Study Reveals Surprising Results

While the debate continues and research is conflicting regarding the best time of day to exercise, a new study revealed that the time a person chooses to exercise may have an impact on weight loss, indicating that exercise in the morning was the most beneficial.

The recent study used the results of a previous national survey, which included more than 5,000 people between 2003 and 2006.

The researchers also noted a “strong association” between exercising and reduced obesity in the group that exercised in the morning, according to the American CBS News network.

The study found that those who exercised in the morning also had the lowest body mass index.

The “morning group” included a larger percentage of women than men and consumed fewer calories.

For her part, Dr. Sue Decotis, a weight loss specialist, told the American Network, “The best exercise is anything you can do.”

She continued, “What I always advise people to do is to exercise when they can.”

She also said, “If it is easier and more convenient for you to go to the gym in the morning, do it.”

The doctor said that if you cannot do this in the morning, you should do it in the followingnoon.”
