The Parliament suspended the immunity of Gy. Erzsébet Németh of the DK, based on the recommendation of the immunity committee, the representatives decided to suspend the immunity with 140 yes votes and 43 no votes.
The background to the case is that the opposition party came to the public with a statement issued by Gy. Erzsébet Németh, which stated: “János Áder’s sister knew regarding the pedophile director from Bicske, yet she did nothing as the head of the capital’s child protection department.”
The former president of the republic then announced that Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné will file a criminal complaint once morest Erzsébet Gy. Németh, a representative of the DK parliament, due to defamation committed in public. János Áder said:

As he said, he hopes that the member of the European Parliament of the Democratic Coalition – who previously called his sister guilty in the case of the director of the children’s home in Bicske who was convicted of pedophilia – will not hide behind his immunity.
After the report, the Parliament’s immunity committee recommended the suspension of the representative’s immunity with three yes and two no votes. János Hargitai, the chairman of the immunity committee, said:
the public expects the investigation of the Bicske case, clarifying the events before the court is also justified in order to inform the public, if the right of immunity were maintained, then this demand would be violated.
Gy. Erzsébet Németh argued before the vote that the task of the representatives is to control power, and the suspension of immunity is a limitation of this. “I will not be silenced, I will tell you who is responsible for the shameful affairs in Bicske, from Katalin Novák, Judith Varga, Zoltán Balog to Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné,” said the DK politician.
