The septuagenarian, officially retired, received a pension from the MSA, the agricultural social mutuality. He did not declare anything to URSSAF or the tax services. He should have paid 952,000 euros according to rights, taxes and contributions investigators over the last six years. The man explained that he had received an inheritance, but which according to the prosecutor was only the source of part of his personal fortune.
More than 950,000 euros seized
Five luxury vehicles were seized (a Porsche 997, BMW Z4, a Mercedes E and SL class, Simca H)… value 335,000 euros. But also 3,7 kg d’or (value 228,000 euros), 11,000 euros in cash and more than 376,000 euros on bank accounts and life insurance. All objects and money seized may be used to repair the damage suffered by the State.
The investigations are continuing according to the prosecutor, particularly on the tax aspect. The healer will have to answer for his actions before the Saintes criminal court.
