Minuto30.com .- Two brothers and a friend were the victims of the violent armed attack in La Tablaza, La Estrella sector, in what would be a case of intolerance.
The men were identified as Jorge Armando and Miguel Angel Ramos Ospino and Victor Rafael Blanco Castro.
