Guatemala urgently needs to receive ships of greater capacity so that our exports can increase their volume. Several experts gave their opinion on what improvements are necessary in the country’s ports and what we need to achieve them.

In this new program Guatemala Doesn’t Stopwe find out how efficient our ports are in Saint Thomas of Castile and Puerto Quetzal and what improvements we must implement, urgently, to receive the visit of larger ships and thus facilitate exports and the entry of other products from different parts of the world.

Currently, in Guatemala we receive ships that bring with them between a thousand and 3 thousand containers, while in other neighboring countries ships arrive that move from 4 thousand to 12 thousand and more containers. a delay that the country must begin to work on and not fall behind in export issues. In the different segments of this new broadcast, we put on the table the most ideal solutions that the authorities must work on once and for all.
