The Hungarian people’s anger is about to break out because of the domestic Fanta

From time to time, it pops up in the domestic press that the large grocery stores in Eastern Europe – and also in Hungary – sell lower-quality products with a different composition than in Western markets. This usually does not cause any particular scandal, but now the tide might easily turn.

It happened that a Pénzcentrum reader visited Italy and noticed that Fanta orange is very different from the version sold in Hungary. Later it turned out that

the Italian version has twice as much orange content as the domestic version.

Coca-Cola, the manufacturer of the product, responded with portal for your interest, that Fanta oranges are produced throughout Europe and that in different countries

fruit content may vary.

However, it was noted that the fruit content in the soft drink in each country is mostly similar to similar products available locally, and is in line with the applicable local regulations.
