Asuncion, IP Agency.-The fifth round of the 2024 National Off-Road Championship at the “Rafael Cáceres” circuit, located in the Potrero de Carapeguá company, was won overall and in the TT4 Extrem class by the duo made up of Volker Huber-Walfried Vogel from the Panda Racing Team with Nissan Patrol.
The event was sponsored by the Cateura 4×4 Extremo Paraguay Club with support from the Paraguayan Steering Wheel Center.
It was the second consecutive victory for this pair, who had already climbed to the top of the podium in the fourth round held last May in Itá.
Second overall and best in the TT4L class of this new and competitive day, was the duo formed by David Centurión-Víctor Genes with Mitsubishi Montero. Third overall and second in the TT4L were Víctor Machesk-Jorge Silva who raced with a Jeep Troller.
The best in each category were, in the TT4 EXT: Volker Huber-Walfried Vogel with a Nissan Patrol; TT4L: David Centurion-Victor Genes with a Mitsubishi Montero; TT4N: Kiko Lopez-Ernesto Gato with a Ford Jeep, TT3: Victor Machesk-Jorge Silva with a Jeep Troller; TT2: Hector Gonzalez-Isidro Flores with a Suzuki Vitara and TT1: Abrahan Ojeda-Chiquito Gimenez with a Suzuki Samurai.
