Asuncion, IP Agency.- This Friday, the 16th, the Expo-Feria Vivienda 2024 kicks off in San Lorenzo, an event that will bring together real estate developers who will offer a wide range of options for families looking for their first home, from financing with private credit proposals and through the Che Róga Porã program.
The event will take place at Salemma Fuente Shopping, at Km 9.5 of the Mariscal Estigarribia Route, from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th, with free admission.
The exhibition will focus on providing housing solutions to families looking to purchase their first home. The Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Habitat (MUVH) will be among the exhibitors with housing options for middle-income families within the Che Roga Pora program.
This program offers financing of up to G. 300 million over 30 years with an interest rate of 6.5%. In its first stage, proposals for housing in condominiums are offered and it is planned to expand the options and modalities.
“The Expo-Feria Vivienda 2024 seeks to be a bridge between the growing demand for housing solutions and the offers available on the market. Our goal is to help more families access their first home,” said Cristian Ojeda of Grupo Paraguay Eventos y Emprendimientos (GPEE), organizer of the fair.
In previous editions, the Expo-Feria Vivienda attracted more than 10,000 people, and this year it is expected to exceed that figure.
