Thai Government spokesman Anucha Burapachaisri said Thai Prime Minister Prayuth was ready to listen to the opposition’s questions and pledged to answer any questions. Mr. Anucha affirmed that the hearing is a good opportunity for the Government to inform the Thai people regarding the activities and achievements of the Government in the past time.
Prime Minister Prayuth always upholds the principles of transparency, honesty, responsibility and good governance in the administration and leadership of the Government. Prime Minister Prayuth also always puts the interests of the people and the country first, so he is confident that he can answer all questions.
In the nearly four years in power since the March 2019 general election, Prime Minister Prayuth and his Cabinet have undergone four hearings and have all passed votes of no-confidence shortly therefollowing. The most recent hearing and vote of no confidence took place in July 2022.
