The showman celebrates his victory over cancer.
There is time for good news: the famous TV presenter-illusionist Sergei Safronov announced that he had overcome cancer. He was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in March last year.
In an interview with the Telegram channel “Star” Sergey shared the details of his difficult struggle with the disease. There were a lot of them: the artist had a hard time enduring radiation therapy, suffered from burns and panic attacks.
One of the saddest moments, according to Safronov, was the ban on approaching children immediately after exposure.
“After PET CT, I could not approach my daughter for a day, as the body was heavily irradiated. This is the worst thing when you can’t go up to your daughter and hug her, ”said the presenter.
