More profits are coming into Fedez’s coffers even if mom Annamaria and dad Franco for the umpteenth time choose to set them aside as a reserve for the future without distributing them. The news comes from the rapper’s historic companies, Zdf which closed the 2023 budget with 1.485 million in profits (and 4.9 million in turnover) and Zedef which is now the holding company of the entire group and which brought home a profit of 2.8 million euros, reduced compared to the 3.9 million of the previous year, but still very respectable.
Zdf’s is the final balance sheet of the historic company that promotes the singer, because in January 2024 its merger by incorporation into Doom srl was decided. With the closing of those balance sheets, however, the final picture of Fedez’s financial situation emerges, whose traditional business continues to generate millions in profits that offset the losses of Autoscontri and Happy Seltz-Boem still in the launch phase with losses compatible with the original financial and industrial plan. The small business group that refers to the singer is therefore in good health and has also withstood the dark months of the family breakup with Chiara Ferragni.
Among the lines of the holding company’s balance sheet, among other things, it is expressly highlighted as “the important real estate purchase made by the subsidiary Flv immobiliare ss in 2023”. This is Villa Matilda, which should have been the Ferragnez’s buen retiro on the shores of Lake Como and whose sale has been rumored several times after the couple’s breakup. Reading the Zedef balance sheet report, it seems instead that the property should remain at Fedez’s home. And in fact, the rapper was photographed at the beginning of the summer in the pool of that villa with his two children (always taken from behind according to the post-separation agreements with Ferragni).
Villa Matilda in Pognana Lario was also purchased with a ten-year real estate mortgage of 2.5 million euros opened in February 2023 with Intesa SanPaolo at an annual interest rate of 4.134% which is therefore far from being paid off. The villa without appurtenances (which are many) has 470 square meters inside divided into 15 rooms (one each for the two children), designed in its renovation by architects Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali. There is a large garden, a swimming pool that stands out above the lake (the infinity pool), and various terraces designed as a dining or relaxation area during the summer.
The financial statements of Fedez’s two companies are accompanied by the report of the independent auditor and sole auditor who in both cases (Zdf and Zedef) is Gianluigi Caliman.
No particular critical issues were found during the union work, but in both budgets the directors’ report on the management of the company is missing. A document that the law allows to be omitted in some cases, but whose absence forced the auditor to declare his inability to express an opinion on the coherence with the financial statements, which thus remain suspended.
