The facade of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange collapsed yesterday Tuesday (16/4), after a fire, which consumed the historic building. However, no injuries were reported from the incident.
In particular, Danish emergency services announced on Thursday that the facade of the former Copenhagen Stock Exchange building had collapsed after Tuesday’s devastating fire.
“Unfortunately, there has been a collapse of the facade,” the Copenhagen rescue service said in a post on X.
Officials said no one was injured and all workers at the site had previously been evacuated.
As a result, it was announced that half of the building was destroyed after a fire broke out during restoration work being carried out for the building’s 400th anniversary.
