The hidden was revealed… 3 parties responsible for the death of Georges Al-Rassi! (document)

“Lebanon Debyte”

Today, Tuesday, “Lebanon Debate” obtained a document proving the responsibility of 3 parties for the projects implemented in the border area of Al-Masnaa, including the international road obtained by the tragic accident that killed the artist George Al-Rassi and his coordinator Zina Al-Marabi.

It shows a document issued by the Council for Development and Reconstruction, dated 9/9/2014, which is a record of partial and final receipt of the construction projects of the Masnaa border area, and the approval of the receiving committee consisting of the contractor, Hammoud Trading and Contracting Corporation, and the consultant Rafiq Al-Khoury & Partners.

Thus, those responsible for the killing of al-Rassi and al-Marabi, and before them 3 people of Syrian affiliation in 2016, are first the Council for Development and Reconstruction, secondly the Hammoud Trading and Contracting Corporation, and thirdly, the consultant Rafiq al-Khoury and his associates.

It is worth noting that “the Ministry of Works has nothing to do with this road, and that the ministry demanded on 20/6/2022 the Council for Development and Reconstruction to reactivate the process of coordination with it, especially with regard to projects to rehabilitate and modernize road networks.”

Yesterday, Monday, the Ministry of Works issued “a memorandum to assign a specialized committee from the General Directorate of Roads and Buildings to study the status of the works implemented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction in the factory area (truck lane) and their compliance with public safety factors and the required technical conditions and specifications.”

And “Lebanon Debate” learned that “the Minister of Works, Ali Hamiyah, has lifted the lid on those who prove his involvement, and that the committee he formed to study the executed works was absent from the ministry’s engineers because of the suspicions that these people have.”

It was also learned that “lawyer Ashraf Al-Moussawi, who is the attorney of the late George Al-Rassi, will file a judicial notification tomorrow before the Public Prosecutor, discriminatory once morest anyone who appears to be involved in the investigation.”
