I don’t think it’s a coincidence…
The once very serious Steklov Research Institute (optical-mechanical plant) was located there, with workshops and laboratories, on everything (as they call “ART space” today), but apart from the name – there are just a lot of unauthorized outlets, under individual entrepreneurs, leased (sublease). There are interesting places. But in general, uncontrolled activities, incl. minors (many visitors who live there).
Many have not even heard of SEN, besides, only points are removed, and there are huge, long corridors, nooks and crannies that are not dealt with at all and are not cleaned at all, there are points – literally dead wiring ….. which can also be a cause of fire. … cigarette butts, etc.
