The hope of recognition

In the current state of pathological knowledge, there is no direct link established. The CRMP therefore did not validate the file. A second expertise is requested but the civil party expects that, as usual, even with a different composition, the result will be the same. The court has set an appointment for December 21, 2023: it will obviously order a second expertise.
“I hope, in the end, that my kidney cancer will be recognized” as being the consequence of this long exposure to the products, confides Pierre Le Roux. The Support Collective for Victims of Pesticides in the West hopes that kidney cancer will eventually be included in this table.
