Did you know there is a food that is more harmful than sugar? Although no one talks about it, the ingredient is in most foods in stores and is extremely harmful to the body.

I give you randomized medical studies done in Spain and confirmed by Cambridge, which clearly shows that palm oil, in this case palmitic acid in palm oil, is the first carcinogen that accelerates the formation of metastases in the human body.

I think I’m the only one who analyzes how much palmitic acid is in the human body. There is no one else in Romania who can do this. Unfortunately, I do this so that the person who comes to me with cancer knows if it will metastasize sooner or later”, explained onco-nutritionist Marius Văduva.

Sugar, in second place, milk, in third place

“Sugar is in second place. After palm oil and palmitic acid, indeed, sugar is the second leading cause of cancer.

And the third, but we’re not just talking about cancer here, I would consider cow’s milk. I forbid my family members, no one among them consumes this dairy which, first of all, is very harmful for the digestive and intestinal system, and the estrogenic factor in cow’s milk is 100% a huge growth factor of breast cancer, of ovaries, uterus, cervix or endometrium in women.

It is also inflammatory, and no cancer comes without inflammation! So, in third place are cow’s dairy products, which I do not recommend!”, says the onco-nutritionist.
