With 82.90 million copies sold worldwide, its success is undeniable and almost timeless. It is therefore ultimately logical that it is adapted to the Switch.

With simple rules as possible, this game has been designed to be accessible and easily prized by as many people as possible. Two suites have also followed: Wii Sports Resort and Wii Sports Club on Wii U. We nevertheless hope that Switch Sports will be more successful than these.

Nintendo Switch Sports Game Content
The trailer showcased 6 sports included in the starter build. Three of these sports are taken from the old games: tennis, bowling and chambara (sword fighting).
Three new sports are emerging:
- Football, which will be played with a ball as big as the players
- Badminton
- The volleyball
Two updates are already planned. A first this summer will give the possibility of playing football with a strap attached to the leg. This strap will be sold from the start in the physical version of the game and available for purchase separately, especially for those who opt for the digital version.
The second update, which will be launched in the fall, will add golf as a seventh sport.
The game will be playable online and locally on a single console.
