The health of Kiara, the girl from Corrientes who underwent a heart transplant, was complicated

Kiara, the girl from Corrientes who underwent a heart transplant, had to be urgently admitted to the Garraham Hospital due to last-minute complications. Her mother, Laura Reyes, confirmed on social networks that the minor is being treated by doctors and that she is unaware of the diagnosis. But she asked for a lot of prayers.

The seven-year-old girl had received a heart and was released from hospital. She left Garraham Hospital, but had to undergo outpatient check-ups for the next six months. The doctors were concerned regarding a picture of seizures that the minor had had but that did not recur.

Last Monday he was to undergo a control MRI and the results were awaited. But in the last few hours, Kiara had complications.

“Kiara will undergo an MRI on Monday (last) due to the seizures that the girl had suffered following receiving the heart, an episode that was not repeated once more. She is under constant controls and thank God she is stable, ”the mother had said in statements to Radio Sudamericana on the Friday before Christmas.

He also recounted “in February six months have passed since the operation, which was on August 3 and everything depends on his evolution, once a week we are going to the hospital and they do general check-ups.”

That day Kiara spoke to journalists and sent greetings to all Corrientes. Now the girl receives urgent medical attention and a diagnosis is awaited.
