The warning comes due to the damage that may result from surprising the stomach with large quantities of food following a long period of rest, which may lead to digestive and health problems.

Dr. Al-Othman also highlights the role of housewives in rationing breakfast, as they can play a pivotal role in preparing healthy and balanced meals that respect the principles of healthy fasting. He is encouraged to abandon harmful eating habits such as excessive frying and reliance on processed foods, in favor of foods cooked in healthy ways that preserve their nutritional value.

Avoid diabetic shock and control weight

Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Othman points out the dangers of excessive consumption of fresh juices during breakfast. He explains that consuming more than one cup of juice can lead to what is known as “diabetic shock,” which is a condition that causes a feeling of dizziness and fatigue due to a sudden rise in blood sugar levels. He confirms He stressed the need to be careful not to add sugar to juices, noting that fruits naturally contain enough sugars.

In addition, Dr. Al-Othman notes that 60% of women suffer from weight gain, explaining that the main reason behind weight gain in general is excessive consumption of foods rich in fats and sugars.
