The authority stated, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, that “following the deliberation of the head of the authority, Sami Al-Masoudi, with the Saudi side during his visit to the Kingdom, the insurance amounts imposed on pilgrims and pilgrims were reduced.”
She added, “The insurance for Umrah performers was reduced from (235 riyals to 88 riyals), and as for pilgrims, it became 29 riyals instead of 109 riyals.”
The commission called on Umrah companies to take into account the fees for performing Umrah rituals for Iraqis, whether departing by air or land, and reduce them for them.
